Treated Salt
It is no secret that salt is harmful for asphalt & concrete surfaces… not to mention our vehicles! That is why we are always looking for ways to use less!
We only use treated Magnesium/Calcium Chloride Rock Salt! (Blue or Purple in Color) It is more expensive to us, but we are able to use 20% less because it burns hotter, and down to -20° F. Untreated Rock Salt is more corrosive and only works down to 15° F.
