Brown Brothers’ Landscape & Snow provides insect, pest, and disease control to reduce and eliminate pesky instects in your lawn. We can prevent and eradicate a range of insects that are a nuisance and/or cause damage to the lawn.
Mosquitoes, Fleas, Ticks, and Chiggers
3 Treatments – Our treatment plan spans the summer months where these pests are most active. Each treatment last 45 days.
Enjoyment – Your lawn and landscape should be used for grilling, playing, and relaxation.
Reduction – Reduce and in some cases eliminate the homes of these pests in your lawn and landscape.
Lawn Treatments
Grubs – Eat the roots of your grass. Symptoms won’t show until it is already too late. Preventative treatment is the best way to keep your lawn safe from this infestation.
Armyworms – Seen about every 3 years or so in our area. They eat grass blades, but don’t necessarily kill the root of the grass plant. Prevention is the safest route, but due to cost, sometimes it is best to see the symptoms and eradicate after the fact.
Lawn Disease – We stay on top of the common lawn diseases in our area adn put together preventative and reactionary plans to best attack problem areas.
Fungus – Brown Spots, Yellow Rings, or just dead grass may be a result of a fungus. Humid conditions support fungus growth. Watering in the morning, instead of overnight watering is an easy way to reduce risk of fungus growth. If that is not enough, we have a treatment program tailored to keeping your lawn fungus free.
