Landscape Maintenance
Brown Brothers’ Landscape & Snow provides landscape maintenance services to care for existing and established landscapes in Olathe, KS and surrounding areas.
Services
Weed Control – We pull weeds, spray weeds, and apply landscape bed pre-emergent to slow new growth and limit amount between site visits.
Shrub Pruning – We trim shrubs and cut back ornamentals to promote cultured and new growth.
Tree Pruning – We are capable and experienced in caring for trees. We raise canopies on trees, trim trees off of structures, and offer tree removal.
Plan
Timing – We work with our clients to develop expectations of service level and budget requirements to structure keeping landscape in tip-top shape year round. We range from weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly landscape maintenance plans.
Scope – We define the areas in scope and come up with a tailored plan for each plant and area based on best-practices. We ensure areas are met with the amount of attention they require.
Preventative Maintenance – Routine site visits allow our experts to identify early issues with irrigation, trees, shrubs, and turf. This can lead to saving dollars and statement trees and shrubs. (Ex. Armyworms, Tree Fungus, Brown Spot…)
Communication
Installation Team – Sets you up for long term success in your landscape. We pride ourselves on using best practice install techniques and products to set our Maintenance Team or customer up for success.
Maintenance Team – Executes plan set forward by design and install team.
Coordination – Our Teams are encouraged to communicate, upload relevant documents, and take notes to ensure nothing is missed, and expensive landscapes continue to thrive!
Knowledgeable Staff – We train our staff to identify plants and proper ways to care for them. There is nothing we can’t figure out or ask proper resources available to treat, prune, and care for plantings.
