Brown Brothers’ Landscape & Snow provides irrigation install and maintenance services to promote the health and growth of your lawn all season long. We are a full service business that can accommodate installation, start-up, maintenance, additions, and winterization needs!
Installation

Customizable Installation Options
System Design – We use best-practice methods to design an irrigation system specific to the needs of your property. Each property is unique, and our team is trained to create a system that is the most efficient with water, and overall price.
System Installation – We use best-in-class equipment and materials to install the system per our design team. We coordinate with property owners/management to help understand desired results from installation through maintenance.
Upgrades – Irrigation systems have been around for decades! It is time to become more efficient and modernize. We routinely upgrade controllers to Wi-Fi Controllers, add Rain Sensors, change nozzles, change valves, and change heads to more efficient and effective watering systems.
Additions – Adding a new landscape bed or new turf area calls for adding a Zone! We are able to use an existing zone wire, and set a new valve along the main line to deliver water to the additional area in your landscape.
Maintenance
Irrigation system seasonal maintenance is crucial to protecting your investment in your system and landscape. Components of the irrigation system last longer when properly maintained. It is not as simple as turning the water on and off.
Start-Up – We pressurize the system slowly to avoid water hammer that could cause damage to pipes and valves.
System Efficiency – We look for leaks, proper coverage, and volume of water dispersed on the lawn. We ensure all zones work as originally designed or can make adjustments mechanically or electronically to ensure the system is operating at peak performance.
Timing – We strive to be cost-conscious with water usage. Watering is pricey, but having waste run down the street, or having a dead landscape is even more expensive.
Setting at the most optimal times for your lawn to absorb the water is crucial!
We want to be strategic with watering, and will work with you to develop a plan for watering that is specific to your lawn and irrigation system specifications.
Check & Adjust – The program set in May during start-up is different than the program needed in July and August. We offer Check & Adjust services to adjust the irrigation system run times, and check for any issues with pressure, leaks, or inconsistencies with landscape caused by watering.
Winterization – Protect your system from freezing and bursting pipes by winterizing your system by blowing out water from your pressurized irrigation system. We use a commercial grade air compressor that meets the optimal PSI requirement for thoroughly winterizing irrigation systems. Be careful not to exceed certain PSI thresholds relative to your system, or risk causing expensive damage to backflow, nozzles, and valves.
Repairs
Contact Brown Brothers’ Landscape & Snow if you notice a leak, dry spot, head not rotating, low pressure, or zone not functioning. We can dispatch our skilled technicians to make repairs. We strive to keep our lead times on repairs within 1-2 business days.
